Learn how to efficiently manage currency in movie budgeting by adding, changing, and updating currencies in your budget sheet in Studiovity. Simplify conversions, adjust rates, and streamline financial planning for your film production.
Open the Currency Sheet
Movie Budgeting on Web View
Click on the ‘More Options’ icon and select ‘View Currency Sheet.’
Access the Default Currency
A box will open showing the currency sheet with the default currency, USD$, and any other added currencies.
Add a New Currency
Click on the ‘Add Currency’ button.
Select and Add Currency
Choose the currency you want to add. The rate equivalent to 1 USD in the selected currency will be displayed. Click the ‘Add’ button to proceed.
Confirm the Added Currency
The currency you selected will appear in the ‘Added Currency’ list. Select the currency and click ‘Submit’ to finalize.
Change the Currency
The selected currency will be applied. To edit the currency again, click the edit icon on the top bar.
Edit Currency Settings
A box will open; select the currency, view the rate, and click ‘Update.’ The updated currency will be applied.
