Select Scenes for Call Sheet
Call Sheet in Web View
Go to the schedule section in the shooting script part of the main menu. A list of scenes will open. Click on the “Options” icon to the right of each scene you want to add to your call sheet.
Add Daybreak
Click on “Add Daybreak Under” in the Options menu.
Customize the Daybreak
Choose the date and time, and add any extra notes if required. Click “Save.”
Create Call Sheet from Schedule
The daybreak is formed. Click on “Generate Call Sheet” on the daybreak.
Customize Call Sheet
A box will open, enabling you to give the title and customize the date and time along with the day type (e.g., shooting day). All scenes above the daybreak and after the previous daybreak will be added to the call sheet. Adjust if required.
View Call Sheet
The call sheet will be generated. Navigate to the call sheet section in the main menu to view it.
Call Sheet in Mobile View
- Go to the Scheduling section and click on the “Options” icon next to each scene you want to add to your call sheet.
- Click on “Add Daybreak.” This action will add the daybreak after the selected scene.
- Click on the “More Options” icon on the right side of the daybreak.
- Select “Create Call Sheet.” This will create the call sheet with the respective scenes.
- Click on “View” in the notification to see the newly created call sheet, or navigate to the call sheet section to find it manually.
- View the call sheet and customize when required.
