Learn how to hide specific sections while downloading a call sheet in Studiovity. Customize your call sheet by selectively hiding sections before downloading it for a more streamlined and tailored document.
Hide Sections
Call Sheet on Web View
In the call sheet, click on the switch above each section you want to hide (except for scenes and location, which are default).
Open More Actions
Click on “More Actions” in the top-right corner.
Download Call Sheet
Click on “Download.”
Confirm Download
A pop-up box will open to confirm the download. The downloaded call sheet will only include the sections you did not hide.
Call Sheet on Mobile View
- Click on the first icon in the top bar.
- This action opens a list of sections. Turn off the sections you want to hide when downloading.
- Go back and click on the second icon in the top bar. A box opens, enabling us to download in PDF. Save to public storage if required and click on the download icon. The downloaded call sheet will only include the sections you did not hide.
